Recently, good news came from the Chongqing shale gas old well tapping and gas production technology service project site. Using the company's self-developed intelligent injection equipment and reagents, after one month of on-site injection service, the daily gas production of a single well increased from 6000 cubic meters to 12000-15000 cubic meters, and the daily water production remained at 20-30 cubic meters. The drainage and production increase effect is significant.

This test well belongs to a deep shale gas well, with a large depth, high temperature, and severe fluid accumulation, which poses a high challenge to bubble drainage and injection technology. Similar processes in the early stage did not perform well. After signing the stimulation service contract with Party A, relying on the company's years of experience in foam drainage and integrated R&D strength, the company has organized and established a project team consisting of professionals in automatic control, machinery, gas production process, gas reservoir engineering and chemistry. Through in-depth analysis of the target well conditions, early production performance and water samples, the company optimized the working system of the integrated dosing device, and customized the agents according to the physical properties of the produced water and the conditions of formation pressure and temperature, so that the equipment and agents can achieve ideal adaptability and synergy.
