In response to the national call, actively practicing corporate social responsibility, and fully leveraging the advantages of the company's complete industry university research process, large factory area, abundant machining and inspection equipment, and complete production processes, the company proposed at the beginning of the year to gradually increase cooperation between schools and enterprises, and steadily promote the construction of internship bases for college students.

Under the specific guidance of the relevant leaders of the branch, the comprehensive office started contacting relevant schools from April, invited school leaders to the company for exchanges in May, and conducted follow-up visits, presentations, and interviews at the school in early June. On June 25th, a group of 9 students from the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at the Vocational and Technical College, majoring in Mechanical and Electrical Integration, officially came to the company for a 10 month internship.

After completing the relevant registration procedures, the comprehensive office organized training and education for students to enter the company, covering aspects such as the company's history, corporate culture, rules and regulations, internship plans, and discipline; The mechanical and electrical equipment manufacturing factory has organized pre employment safety education, distributed labor protection equipment, clarified internship procedures, designated on duty supervisors, and refined assessment and appraisal methods.

We need to integrate the concept of "safety first, learning second, and work third" throughout the entire internship process. Firstly, we will provide students with scenarios for applying professional skills, enhance their hands-on abilities, improve the quality and efficiency of their internships, and meet the teaching requirements of production internships; Secondly, through the internships of this group of students, the flaws and shortcomings of the company's planning, organization, implementation, and process evaluation in the early stage of the construction of the college student internship base will be inspected and improved in a timely manner, laying a good foundation for the continuous development of student internship work in the future; Thirdly, through student internships, the comprehensive strength of the company can be showcased from multiple perspectives, expanding the company's influence in relevant universities, and providing sufficient talent reserves for orderly employee turnover and maintaining team vitality.

In the later stage, we will establish and strengthen communication channels with the school and students, hoping to achieve a win-win situation through the joint efforts of the three parties, including multi-faceted teaching in the school, zero distance employment for students, and targeted reinforcement for enterprises.
