Product overview 

The content of corrosive media such as CO2, H2S and Cl– in the produced fluids from oil and gas wells is relatively high, causing severe corrosion to the casing and tubing. Our product is a liquid corrosion inhibitor primarily composed of imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt derivatives, bi-imidazoline, and non-ionic surfactants. It features low freezing points, good dispersibility, excellent thermal stability, and low toxicity. It can quickly form a dense and strong protective film on metal surfaces, providing strong corrosion resistance against various corrosive factors. To meet field requirements, our company has jointly developed a series of oil and gas well corrosion inhibitors in collaboration with China University of Petroleum (Beijing).

 Product features 

This product has good compatibility with other downhole additives.

 

 Method of Use 

      1.When using this product for the first time, pre-filming is required. Addition can be done continuously or intermittently.

  2.For sulfur-containing production gas wells (without a separator), it is recommended to inject through the casing annulus and return through the tubing to form a certain circulation system.

  3.For normally closed gas wells, it is recommended to add separately from both the oil and casing; for oil and gas gathering pipelines, direct injection is possible. 

 Packaging, Transportation, and Storage 

Packaging: This product is packaged in plastic drums, with a net weight of 25Kg per drum. Transportation: Keep away from moisture, sunlight, and damage; handle with care to avoid impact. 

Storage: Store in a well-ventilated, cool, and dry place, away from sources of ignition. Shelf life is 2 years.

 Environmental Protection and Safety 

Skin and Eye Contact: Immediately rinse with plenty of clean water. 

Ingestion: Drink plenty of warm water, induce vomiting, and seek medical attention. Operation and Protection: Wear PVC, PE, or rubber gloves.
