On the afternoon of March 22nd at 16:00, the Zu203H5 well platform issued an "alarm" stating that the first stage exhaust temperature of the compressor was too high, which lasted for about 2 hours; At 18:00, the cylinder made abnormal noise and the equipment stopped.

After learning about the situation, the company quickly responded and deployed personnel from the mechanical and electrical research and factory, carrying necessary equipment, to rush to the scene overnight by car. Arrived at 3am on the 23rd, started troubleshooting at 7am, and confirmed the air valve malfunction at 10am. To eradicate the problem, the project department requested the company to replace 16 first and second level air valves at once, and temporarily form a 7-person emergency team to ensure the completion of the repair task on the same day and shorten the platform shutdown time in a race against time. After the emergency division of labor, the rescue team worked continuously for 15 hours, completing all valve replacements at 17:00 and smoothly starting up at 18:00, fully demonstrating the "Chongqing speed".
