The Shunbei Oilfield Joint Station is an intelligent oil and gas processing station that integrates crude oil processing, natural gas processing, produced water treatment, and sulfur recovery. After the joint station is put into operation, it will provide hundreds of millions of cubic meters of clean natural gas and millions of tons of condensate oil chemical raw materials to the southern Xinjiang region every year.

According to Tang Sheng, a ground engineering construction expert from the Northwest Oilfield Branch, the Shunbei Oilfield Joint Station has established a digital twin factory using a domestic system, which includes all construction information of the physical project and can trace the original construction data, equipment, and module information. The digital twin factory operates synchronously with physical engineering, achieving real-time data, personnel positioning, inspection monitoring, and visualization of toxic and flammable gas monitoring. The staff centrally controls the oil and gas wells and the joint station in the production and operation command center, and completes the daily operations of the joint station through the three-dimensional simulation scene of the digital twin factory
