During the hydraulic fracturing of oil reservoirs containing clay minerals, the fracturing fluid causes changes in the surface properties of the reservoir rock structure. The contact between the water phase and the clay minerals or the chemical potential difference between the formation water phase and the fracturing fluid water phase can lead to various forms of hydration, swelling, dispersion, and migration of the clay minerals. This can damage the permeability of the reservoir and even block pore throats, greatly affecting the effectiveness of the fracturing treatment. Therefore, it is essential to add a clay stabilizer to the fracturing fluid to enhance post-fracturing performance. To meet field requirements, our company has jointly developed a series of clay stabilizers in collaboration with China University of Petroleum (Beijing).

  Product features  

     This product features high swelling prevention rates, minimal formation damage, and excellent compatibility. It can be widely used in oil well fracturing, acidizing, and well cleaning operations.

  Method of Use  

     This product can be directly added, with a recommended dosage of 0.3%-0.5%.

 

   Packaging and Transportation  

 Packaging: This product is packaged in plastic drums, with a net weight of 200Kg per drum.

Transportation: This product should be covered with tarpaulin to protect from sunlight and rain, and avoided mixing with corrosive or sharp objects during transport.

Storage: This product should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from corrosive items. From the date of production, the shelf life is two years.

 

    Environmental Protection and Safety  

1. 1.Skin and Eye Contact: Immediately rinse with plenty of clean water.
2. 2.Ingestion: Drink plenty of warm water, induce vomiting, and seek medical attention.
3. 3.Operational Protection: Wear PVC, PE, or rubber gloves.
