Drag reducer is an acryl-based polymer compound. This product is a thermodynamically stable system with a milky white, latex-like appearance. It features good stability, fast dissolution speed, excellent solubility, and ease of use. It is suitable for preparing slippery water fracturing fluids. The prepared slippery water has characteristics such as low friction resistance and low viscosity. Compared to clean water, the drag reduction can reach more than 60%. This product has been applied in on-site fracturing operations and has achieved good results.

  Recommended Dosage 

  The normal usage concentration of this product is recommended to be 0.25% (w/w).

 

   Instructions for Use  

1. When preparing slippery water, it should add the drag reducer while stirring to ensure complete dissolution, which is beneficial for fracturing operations.

2.  

   Store in a sealed container in a dry environment to avoid moisture or water ingress.

 

   Packaging and Transportation  

   1.Packaging: This product is packaged in plastic drums, with a net weight of 200Kg per drum.

   2.Transportation: During transportation, cover with tarpaulin to prevent rain.

   3.Storage: This product should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated area, protected from rain. From the date of production, the storage shelf life is six months.

   Environmental Protection and Safety  

 1.Skin and Eye Contact: Immediately rinse with plenty of clean water.

 2.Ingestion: Drink plenty of warm water, induce vomiting, and seek medical attention.

 3.Operational Protection: Wear PVC, PE, or rubber gloves.
