    Product features   

This product features rapid defoaming speed and long-lasting foam suppression effect. It performs best when used in conjunction with PQ-8, PQ-8L, PQ-8H and PQ-9 type foam removal fluids.

    Method of Use  

1.This product should be used after dilution. Place it in a container, add an appropriate amount of clean water, and stir well to ensure it is fully dispersed in the water. Pour the dispersed agent into the storage tank and further dilute it with clean water by 5 to 30 times. Before foam returns to the wellhead, continuously inject the diluted defoamer into the pipeline from the wellhead to the separator using a plunger pump or balance tank. The concentration of the defoamer used should be in a  ratio of 1:1 with the foaming agent concentration used in the well or as determined by technical personnel.

2.This product should be used with separate dosing and stirring equipment from the foaming agent to avoid cross-contamination.

3.The diluted defoaming solution should be used within 24 hours.

    Packaging, Transportation, and Storage 

1. Packaging: This product is packaged in plastic drums, with a net weight of 25Kg per drum.

2. Transportation: This product should be transported as a standard chemical product. 

3. 3Storage: The product should be stored in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated area. From the date of production, the storage shelf life is one year. If layering occurs during use, it is normal; shaking well before use will not affect performance.

    Environmental Protection and Safety 

1.Skin and Eye Contact: Immediately rinse with plenty of clean water.

2.Ingestion: Drink plenty of warm water, induce vomiting, and seek medical attention.

3.Operational Protection: Wear PVC, PE, or rubber gloves.
