Foam drainage gas liquid (rod)


 

   Product overview  

   Foam drainage gas production technology involves injecting foam drainage gas production agents into gas wells. After the liquid at the bottom of the well comes into contact with the foam drainage gas production agents, with the stirring effect of the natural gas flow, a large amount of low-density water-containing foam is generated. Under a lower gas flow velocity, the liquid can be carried from the bottom of the well to the surface, achieving the purpose of liquid drainage and increased production.

  Product features   

  1. PQ-8 foam drainage series products have the characteristics of strong foaming capacity and liquid carrying capacity, and have good compatibility with gas well corrosion inhibitor and gas well produced liquid, especially suitable for high condensate oil and high salinity formation;

  2.PQ-8L Type Low temperature resistance Foam drainage series products can be use in a low temperature environment (-30℃) It has the characteristics of no icing, good fluidity, no icing, strong foaming capacity, strong liquid carrying capacity, and good compatibility with gas well corrosion inhibitor and gas well produced liquid, and it is especially suitable for high condensate oil and high salinity formations.;

  3.PQ-8H Type High temperature Foam drainage series products can be used in high temperature wells (140℃) to keep good foaming capacity and liquid carrying capacity, good compatibility with gas well corrosion inhibitor and gas well produced liquid, especially it is suitable for high condensate oil and high salinity formation;

  4.PQ-9Type foam rod series products has the characteristics of fast dissolving speed, self-foaming, strong foaming capacity, heat absorption, difficult softening, difficult moisture absorption and other features; 

  5.The raw materials selected for the four series of products are all harmless and have little irritation to the skin. They are also harmless to the gas well shafts, pipelines and other equipment.

 

  Method of Use   

1.Foam drainage can be added from the tubing or tubing casing annulus of the water-producing gas well, and the addition amount is generally 0.1% to 1.0%. It can be diluted with water or antifreeze according to the site conditions, and can also be directly pumped with pure liquid;

2.The foam injection rods are added through the tubing. Depending on the water production rate of the gas well, 1 to 5 rods are added each time. After adding the rods, the well is shut down for more than two hours before reopening for production. This is to allow the rods to fully dissolve at the bottom of the well. It is not recommended to use foam injection rods in wells equipped with choke valves.
