I. Product overview:

       The unit adopts skid-mounted design and mainly replaces the relevant equipment of the original gas gathering station of the gas field. The unit can process 10 wells at the same time with the functions of heating, pressure reduction, metering, separation and confluence. The device meets the requirements of standardized design, modular construction and digital management of oil and gas fields.

II. Scope of use:

      The device is applicable to the gas gathering station of the gas field,which mainly replaces the relevant equipment of the original natural gas gathering station.

 

III. Functional features:

1. Heating function: When the gas pressure decreases, the temperature will decrease, and it will freeze with the decrease of temperature. Therefore, the gas must be heated to the appropriate temperature first to reduce the pressure,.

2. Incoming gas separation and metering function: It can separate and filter the incoming gas and conduct three-phase metering.

3. Venting function: It has the capacity of emergency venting and planned venting, which makes the operation of the device safer. Maintenance reminder: automatic reminder when the equipment parts reach the maintenance period.

4. Confluence function: multiple wells can be collected together and transported to the natural gas pipeline network.

5. Sewage discharge and metering function: deliver the sewage discharge to the designated place and meter it.

6. Automatic control function: It can operate automatically according to the plan, the pressure can be reduced automatically according to the setting, and the heat distribution can be adjusted automatically according to the actual situation on site.
