  Product Introduction  

The intelligent dosing device is mainly installed at the casing pressure end of the gas well or the front section of the oil and gas pipeline network, and is applied to the intelligent injection of various liquid agents in oil and gas fields. It solves the problems of gas well drainage and gas increase, oil well profile control and oil increase, freezing and blocking of pipeline network, wax deposition and scaling corrosion of pipeline, achieves the purpose of gathering and transportation, increasing production and efficiency, and realizes the purpose of Internet of Things and intelligent management of oil and gas fields.

  Application Cases  

Intelligent dosing devices are mainly used in major oil and gas fields, and have been applied in Changqing Oilfield Gas Production Plant, Changqing Oilfield Oil Production Plant, Southwest Oil and Gas Field, Qinghai Oilfield Gas Production Plant, Sinopec North China Branch Gas Production Plant, Sinopec Fuling Shale Gas, China United Coalbed Methane and other units.

Case 1. Take a gas production plant in Changqing Oil and Gas Field as an example. Because there is no mains supply in the well site, the wellhead foam drainage gas production process uses photovoltaic power generation intelligent dosing device for automatic and intelligent foaming agent injection, which can effectively reduce the work intensity and the cost of agent injection, and facilitate the network management of agent injection. Compared with manual injection, the annual construction cost is saved by 67%, and the gas increment is increased by more than 20%.

Case 2. Take a gas well platform in Southwest Gas Field as an example. The intelligent dosing device meets the requirements of the overall foam drainage of 3 to 8 gas wells on the platform and the foam pigging operation of the gas pipeline, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of the gas production staff, cancels the personnel on duty, saves the space of the station, and reduces the construction cost. After the implementation of foam drainage technology, the net increase of gas production in gas wells has achieved economic benefits of millions of yuan, and the annual cost of gas well agents, equipment and energy consumption has been saved by more than 20%, which has a significant cost-reducing and efficiency-increasing effect on the exploitation of liquid gas wells.
