  Product Introduction  

The intermittent well intelligent control device is a kind of multi-functional gas well intelligent control equipment, which is generally installed between the needle-type regulating valve and the flowmeter of the gas well wellhead to achieve the purpose of intelligent decompression and emergency cut-off, and to ensure the safe production of the wellhead and the export pipeline. It can realize the remote intermittent switch of the medium and high pressure of the gas well, and have the control modes of timing, constant pressure and constant flow.

As the front-end part of digital production management, the device provides data acquisition and remote control functions, realizes a variety of production processes according to the production process, and meets the intelligent requirements of the well site. It realizes intermittent production and high pressure switch well function under the condition of medium and high pressure, suitable for the production management of the whole life cycle of gas wells.

  Applicable Range  

Intelligent control devices for intermittent wells are widely used in petroleum and natural gas, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power and other fields. It is suitable for emergency cut-off of new wells, intermittent production of old wells in the later stage of production and pressure-controlled and flow-controlled production.It is a full-life-cycle valve.

 

 Function and Features 

1) Design of multiple production modes

There are four production modes: manual mode, automatic mode, time intermittent mode, pressure intermittent mode, fixed opening mode, flow control mode and plunger linkage mode, which can realize low pressure intermittent production and remote high pressure well opening in the later stage of production.

2) Emergency cut-off function

When the valve is opened, the locking mechanism enables the valve to be in an open state, and when the external pipeline pressure is abnormal, the locking mechanism can be automatically unlocked to realize the emergency cut-off function of the valve.

3) Remote high voltage starting and closing function

The remote control platform can adjust the pressure behind the valve through intelligent adjustment to ensure that the pipeline pressure is kept within the normal working range. It can realize the remote opening and closing of the valve, with the remote high pressure opening of the valve 25MPa, and also can realize the intelligent "automation".

4) Timing and constant voltage mode

Set the valve opening and closing time or pressure according to the site requirements. When the time or pressure reaches the set value, the valve will automatically open or close.

5) Fixed flow and fixed opening mode

The flow value or the open value of the valve is set according to the field requirement, and when the flow value or the open value reaches the set value, the valve is automatically kept in the state to achieve the full-automatic state.

6) Anti-freezing blocking structure

The valve opening structure adopts a labor-saving lever to realize the opening of high pressure and low torque, and it can realize the normal opening of the valve under the condition that the valve is frozen, thereby it can effectively prevent the freezing and blocking problem;

  Application Cases  

At present, the intermittent well intelligent control device of our company has been used in many gas fields. In addition to integrating the emergency cut-off function of the emergency cut-off device, the device can meet the production management of the whole life cycle of the gas well in the early, middle and late stages. It is suitable for the process production requirements under different operating pressures of high, medium and low pressure.
