Product Introduction 

   The intelligent adjustable needle valve is mainly composed of an adjustable control system, an electric actuator and an intelligent wellhead metering unit. Through the intelligent wellhead management unit, it can realize those are analyzed and judged of the collected oil pressure, casing pressure, block valve switch status and other related data. It can simulate the operation process of manual opening and closing.It can also realize the function of remote intelligent opening and closing. It can provide the flow metering function, which can realize flow control production.

 

     

 

 Applicable Range 

The intelligent adjustable needle valve is mainly used to solve the technical problems of remote opening and closing of high-pressure gas wells in gas fields and production management of low-pressure intermittent gas wells in low-permeability gas fields, so as to improve the automatic management level and management efficiency of gas fields.

 

 Function and Features 

1）Function and Features

There are four production modes: manual mode, time intermittent mode, pressure intermittent mode, constant opening mode, flow control mode and plunger linkage mode, which can realize low-pressure intermittent production and remote high-pressure well opening in the later stage of production.

2）Remote high voltage starting and closing function

The remote control platform can adjust the pressure behind the valve through intelligent adjustment to ensure that the pipeline pressure is kept within the normal working range, which can realize the remote opening and closing of the valve, the remote high-pressure valve opening of 42MPa, and the intelligent "automation".

4） Timing and constant voltage mode

Set the valve opening and closing time or pressure according to the site requirements. When the time or pressure reaches the set value, the valve will automatically open or close.

5）Fixed flow and fixed opening mode

The flow value or that open value of the valve is set according to the field requirement, and when the flow value or the open value reaches the set value, the valve is automatically kept in the state to achieve the full-automatic state.

6） Linear adjustment metering function

   The flow area of the valve changes linearly with the opening. The purpose of linear regulation of the valve is realized through the combination of the pressure and the flow area; the valve itself has the function of flow measurement with the accuracy of 3%; and the pressure control, the flow control and the mining control are realized through the linear regulation of the valve and the measurement data of the valve.

At present, the intelligent adjustable needle valve of our company has been used in many gas fields. The device can meet the production management of gas wells in the early, middle and late stages, suitable for the process production requirements under different operating pressure conditions of high, medium and low pressure. It can realize high pressure well opening and improves the automatic management level of gas wells.

At the same time, it is suitable for the automatic production management of intermittent gas production wells. In addition, it integrates the intelligent wellhead management function, which can reduce the workload of digital wellhead data maintenance and also the labor risk of wellhead workers;

The intelligent regulating needle valve has remote control APP, which can realize the remote control function. According to the downstream pressure and other relevant data, the opening of the valve can be adjusted in real time to achieve the purpose of opening and closing the valve smoothly.
